NEW YORK (Reuters) - AstraZeneca said it will offer generic celecoxib to patients who have been prescribed the drug in the past year to prevent a new and potentially dangerous lung cancer. The move follows the first such offer since the drug was approved for use in late 2002, and is expected to be available by the end of the year.
